Thru dialing on a CallPilot

How do you set up tru dialing on a CallPilot system so that once someone is connected to the system they can call out of the system? I know it is not advisable to do this because of possible toll fraud but the customer is asking about it.
 
Permit Thru dialing in a class of service. Then Assign a Restriction Permission List which permits the level of through dialing you want.
 
Assuming the RPL's are set up to allow thru dialing. How does the feature work. What I am looking for is the keys a user would press in order to use the feature to make an overseas call.
 
Thru-dialing
Place a call without hanging up, while logged in to your mailbox. Press 0, followed immediately by the telephone number you want to call, then press #. Do not pause
between numbers.
