thru dial on call pilot

I have just installed a new BCM 3.7 and we are using the CP interface on the Call Pilot. When the customer uses remote access to retrieve his messages. He wants to be able to dial another extension when he is in his mail box. Instead of hanging up and calling back into the auto attendant to get to someone in the office. Is this possible?

Try using the * key then extension number.

CP interface uses the Meridian Mail/Call Pilot (PBX) commands.

Dial 0 then Extension number then # as a string of digits and the call will thru dial.
