I am wanting to measure the percentage of calls we answer within 60 seconds 80% of the time. I have entered 60 on the proper line. I thought their was a spot where I also entered 80%?
If you entered 60 seconds as the application service level threshold, then on your application performance report you will see the percentage of calls answered within the threshold in the Service Level column. The actual percentage will vary depending on your actual conditions.
Miles is quite right, however, you are probably thinking of the real time display properties where the colour can change as the threshold approaches or reaches 80%
