Threshold Manager: Etherstats profiles not loaded ?

I use CiscoWorks 5.0 for Windows (WinNT SP6a) with 2900 XL Switches (IOS 12.0(5.2)XU)

When I launch and configure Threshold Manager in order to set thresholds for collisions, I unfortunately don't see the profile EthersStats (which contains collisions,....) but only Interfaces and System profiles .
The Etherstats files are however in the CiscoWorks directory with other profiles , but seem not to be loaded at Threshold Manager startup.
