Threed32.ocx & Mschart.ocx License Issue..Pl. help me!

Hi!
I have been using Sheriadan 3D Controls & mschart control till recently , but my HDD crashed & after reinstalling everything the two controls say the "License information for this control not found & that i can't use them in the development environment"
Please help me as i have to use the two controls.

You could have Searched MSDN for "MSCHART LICENSE" and saved yourself some time and grief.
