Hello,
I've got a database that has boolean search on it, but from what I read and see from my results, MySQL ignores words with three or less characters, is there a way to force this? or how I can deal with having two and three character words searched?

Any help appreciated.

as i understand it you are talking about fulltext search? if so there is a way to setup minimum (and maximum) length for the fulltext search:
- edit the my.cnf config file, in the mysqld section add ft_min_word_length=N, where N is the desired length
- restart mysql
- rebuild the fulltext indexes
check the documentation for details, hope i have not missed something ...
