We are currently running Exchange 2010 and will be installing TMG 2010 in the near future to provide us with a secure OWA. We have now purchased another company still running Exchange 2003, we have a 2 way trust between the 2 domains.

Will we be able to configure TMG to provide OWA to both exchange environments?

The TMG (ISA) should have no problem handling this as it will sit in your DMZ in front of both of those domains.
