I'm new to Symantec so take it easy on me :)
Symantec System Center flags one of our users with Threat Found. When I go to view Threat History under Logs, it's empty... Every time...
Any other user that's flagged with a threat shows a threat history.
It seemed to start after I updated the user to the newest version (9.0.0.1400) but I can't be certain. And I've updated 60+ machines and haven't had a problem with any others... Any suggestions?

Well I finally managed to find some answers so I figured I'd post them here in hopes that they'll be helpful to some one else :)

Try emptying the contents of these folders:

<drive>:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application
Data\Symantec\Symantec AntiVirus Corporate Edition\7.5\Quarantine

<drive>:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application
Data\Symantec\Symantec AntiVirus Corporate
Edition\7.5\Quarantine\Backup

<drive>:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application
Data\Symantec\Symantec AntiVirus Corporate Edition\7.5\Logs

Tis worked for me- Good luck!

Did you empty those folders on the server or on the client?

Thanks

I deleted them on the client...

I did notice that when one of the clients received another threat, I had to do this again to clear it-
would be a pain if it happened frequently but luckily we don't get many...

Hope this helps
