When performing a scan for viruses, the threat Adware.SAHAgent is detected in a file called SAHUninstall_.exe in \Windows\Downloaded Program Files. The delete fails and I cannot find this file using Explorer. The registry is not affected in the way that is predicted. Should I just exclude the file from the scan?

Just a thought... Have you checked your Explorer options to make sure you can see System/Hidden Files?
