Threading in Delphi 7

hi All

I've done threading before, about 5 years ago and can't remember the dos and don'ts. There appears to be some new bits too, like TCriticalSection - don't remember this before. Can anyone point me to a go example of a site somewhere to get me started again?

Just for your info, my threads will be running different queries to a database and putting the results to another database.
