hello friends,
In symon, when we are login to symon desk view application, we are getting "server Busy" error, and unable to close the error popup.
We are trying to restart symon services, but unable to restart the services and it is in stopping mode.
finally we restarted the symon server and issues resolved. we raised case with vendor and they unable to find the root cause..
Did anyone face the similar issues and got the root cause and solution for this issue
