Hello All, I am new to this forum and hope some one can help me ASAP.
I have avaya agents currently on immediate auto answer, these agents recieve voice calls perfectly but when there is a pop up call there is no info showing, instead its just an empty CTI pop up. How can i enable a (1 or 2 sec) delay so the call rings on agents phone and then auto answers ???
I have questioned this issues but apparently our global support team seems to think its impossible, in thread959-1590715 Milesprower is talking about the same problem so i know there is a solution out there.
