Yaze,
Hello,
we're having a similar problem at our company with ContactStore and IP Office. The time is correct everywhere except the ContactStore recordings. After talking with an Avaya engineer who verified that everything else with our system setup seems to be OK and that to use the Timezone Updater Tool was correct, I just applied earlier today the tzupdater tool from the win command prompt on the machine that has the ContactStore service running, and there were no errors given at the command prompt (I used -u to do the update) so I believe it applied correctly, but the call recording timestamps haven't changed any since I applied it, they're still behind an hour.
The only thing I didn't do was to stop then restart the ContactStore service, because there's many people on the phone and I would lose their call recordings in progress if I did that.
Did you have to stop then restart the ContactStore service for the time offset problem to be fixed?
thanks,
david
