Is it possible run the netdom resetpwd /server:Servername /userd:domain\administrator /passwdd:password command from a remote site after disabling KDC or will this command require someone to be onsite to run it?

Mr. Logic tells me duh, you wont be able to login.

I am trying to fix AD replication at a remote site via Terminal Services.
