AA
been battling this same issue for years. seems it changes with every release. can still remember when you had to set cos for merlin mail to be day or night. however im on a merlin magix processor and merlin messaging and once again trying to setup an overflow for incoming calls to ring at operators ext's before being covered by AA. Its in key mode. in call grps have lines 801-811 assigned to 771. 771 overflows to 770. time based =18, number base = 99, prompt base = n. vmail ports assigned to 770. coverage grp for 770= 30. created mbox 771 and assigned to AA #1. in messaging assigned line ownership for AA#1 lines 801-811. rotary enabled vmail port exts. what am i missing now? still not going to AA#1 day greeting. can get AA#1 day greeting to answer if assign lines to 770 but once i try overflow grp get the notorious "transfering calls to operator" greeting.??? swear ive madethis work 100 times before each time been a bitch. thanks
