I am having the problem with my Avaya Partner Voicemail system where my mailbox says it's full, but there's nothing in it. Have re-initialized the voicemail, but to no avail. Can someone tell me how to reinitialize the Large PC Card to factory settings? Thank you.
 
Do you have the Partner Voice Messaging (the PCMCIA card that slides into one of the available slots in the front of the Partner processor)...Partner Mail VS or Avaya Partner Messaging (a regular voicemail that slides into an open position in the Partner carrier [ponder]

This is a Partner ACS 509 Processor. Card inserts on side. Hopefully photo below will help you.

For the card mail, it's log into the system administrator's mailbox, then 99-989-clear
 
I'm obviously doing something wrong. I log in to extension 0, but pressing 99 tells me it's an invalid entry. Am I missing a step?
 
I just tried the procedure on my home Partner ACS with large PVM card...

Press voicemail auto dial button (my wording)
Press 0#
Enter password
Press 9998925327

Then I had to reset my programming. [sad]

Oh, on my website, I've posted pictures of the Avaya Merlin Magix that I donated and installed at my Church. Take a look. [smile]
