thread scheduling

Hi,

Does anyone know how to schedule the thread below to run every day at a specific time? The thread is called insided a windows service.

csVirtualBackupThread csVBT = new csVirtualBackupThread();
mAgentThread = new Thread(new ThreadStart(csVBT.Agent));
mAgentThread.Start();

The System.Threading namespace has a timer class. You would set the timer to call your callback every 24 hours.
