Hi Strat. The people that tested the beta have the beta. No-one else (not us mere mortals). If you are talking about the trial version, it's not out yet.
Yep definatly upgrading, 100% probability. Especially excited about Illustrator. 3d, improved text engine. Nuff said. (I'll miss Venus though!)
