THIS SIMPLE ANIMATION TOOK 8 SCENES

the tabs ani - very simple - but it took me about 8 scenes to make...

how can i simplify it in flash? 3 buttons, based upon what tab is active there are about 3 different looks... each scene has the main tab travel down below the other two and pop up below the other tabs... Also the new top most tab pops up (orange) after traveling down (as light blue)

This can be done in just 1 scene, in fact just in 1 frame in 1 layer using just pure ActionScript. As long as it works it doesn't matter how you do it, but more you learn Flash you will become more efficient.
