Hello,
I tried to set up a failover cluster based on Windows 2008. I validate the configuration with full tests. All was Ok. But when I tried to create the cluster I got the message "This operation returned because the timeout period expired." It seams that problem appeared in the moment in which the system is trying to form effectively the cluster.

hi,
which storage are you using ?

Try to perform an interactive login, using the same user/pass that you have choosen for cluster service,
from both of the nodes.

SAN is Fujitsu-Siemens - FibreCAT SX80. It seams that all is Ok, but cluster forming operation didn’t work.
