This might be a silly question but I just wanted to make sure….

I have a OPT 51c and it gave a message DTA021 then a DTA 022 message. I looked up the messages in my Nortel manual and found out what the mean. But in the manual it lists them as DTA0021 and DTA0022… it seems like they add an extra 0 to the error code.

I wanted to make sure that they are adding in a extra 0, and that I’m not inadvertently looking up the wrong code…

Thanks

the error message could be up to four digits long. so 0021 and 021 and 21 are all twenty one. There is no other way to translate 0021 except to read it as 21.
