this is the worst cut of my life, trying to bring up a pri on coming out of a semens switch. I have techs on line from th NOC,translations group, Hicap,to who knows what. I wish that the merlinmans was able to help me, I am waiting for an avaya pri person to come on the line, nobody knows what the problem is

Does the Legend/Magix see the D CHANNEL?

Are all lights out on the DS1 board? (A good thing)

I started my day doing a CBeyond cut on a MAGIX this morning.

Are you just not able to route calls?

We never did see the d channel, we were on the line this morning or another 6 hours, I finally desided to forget it and have SBC take my did's and convert them into pots lines and point them all to the main number and have the reseptionist, forward to the extentions programmed in the PBX. I am ordering a regular T1 and start over, I should have never ordered a PRI, I really feel bad about this cut.Thanks for your help.

The D channel not coming up usually indicates they were trying to do NATIONAL PRI, NOT CUSTOM. The Legend/Magix only does CUSTOM, based on the type of Central Office it is being served by.

I wish I could have given you hints earlier today.
