With feature package 186, Priority Override, a station can call to another "busy" station, engage priority override and break into the busy station while the busy station is in a call. I would like to transfer a call to busy station, using this priority override feature. Does anyone know how?

David

hi
for analog set the cls is set to OVAD ( OVerriDe Allowed)
for digital sets OVR mnemonic is assigned to a key

LD11
req...chg
type..2616
TN x x x x
echg..yes
item..key x OVR (override assigned to key x)
<cr> back to req
to override just press key x , the called set must have WTA set in the CLS (otherwise override will not work)

try that

Hi Colin,
We have OVR set on key 4 of station 6700, and WTA on station 6711, I am able to perform a priority override (break-in) to station 6711 when that station is in a call. What I am trying to do is use the same feature to forward a call to 6711, when 6711 is in a call. Is this possible?

i think setting up a key would be the way to go, so as a second call can be pointed at a set that is busy it can ring at a key (LHK)..or maybe set up a ACD and que it,,, anyone else want to chip in ?? Colin
