This is a hard one. PLease Help!!! 1

Ok here we go. I have a clent that logs into citrix(web)she then can log into her program. After she logs out of her program she can no longer get in. Her program say's invalid user name or password. Now here is where it gets wierd. Anybody else can log into citrix and the log in as her in the same program and it works. The only way that she can get in is to restart the server.Any Ideas?

Thats what I thought untill I figured out she could get in once after server restarted.

Sounds like a ICA client software problem. Try uninstalling, then reinstalling (preferrably with the newest client).

Well the prob with that is it happens on all clients.

I take that to read, that anyone else can go in as themselves and as her without poblems. That isn't the case?

Sorry maybe this will help

Citrix = her credintials
Application = her credintials

(This can only happen once after server restart)

Citrix = anybody else credintials
Application = her credintials

(Works All The Time)

This problem exsist with any new people I create.
Only the people who have a been in the system will work.

Kinda sounds like a profile issue. Are you using separate profiles for the users (as defined in Users, then Terminal services Profile?) If you don't specify this here I have seen in the past where they would get confused.

Hmmmmm. Nope not using Terminal profiles. SHould I use these even know Im not allowing Desktops through terminal services? Thank you so much for trying to help. When I have a minute i will check out what terminal profiles are and try to figure out how to configure.
