What could be causing this? I checked customer source and the Internet but found nothing. we get this on several different invoices.
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
at the bottom of your invoice, there's a button called HOLD's.

hit it and see if there are any holds put on the invoice.
then select the offending hold and hit the remove button
