Third party wireless / empolyee and guest access

Need to setup wireless access for employees and guests. Emps should be able to access LAN/WAN resources, guest only internet(WAN). I have a 2040 Enhanced, Netgear WG302. The netgear allows multiple SSIDs and VLANs, I was thinking I could connect Netgear to X3 and handle routing via VLANs. I can get Netgear->WAN working(w/o VLANs) but can't get much further. Anybody gloss over points to cover on 2040 to solve?

Not sure what os ver you are running on the 2040 but the latest ver of os enhanced should let you create vlan interfaces on the physical interfaces.
