I am installing a MultiTech MultiVOIP 810 on my Option 11C. Here's what I've done:
1. Created (8) 500 type lines on my switch and built a hunt group. Make outgoing calls GREAT over VoIP.
2. Need to set up CDB or something and assign a DID range to pass digits to my VOIP on incoming calls. For example DN range 4100-4199 will send callers to any of the (8) ports on the VoIP and pass on the 4 digit DN so the device can route calls to the appropriate VOIP client.
This implementation is similar to a fax server. However, what is the best practice to send calls to analog lines? Set up an ACOD and a routing group?
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
