Do you know if IPO accepts in-band integration with external voicemails by DTMF tones using analog extensions?

There is an IVR setting on the analogue port tab. I think this will work for voice mail however I don't know if there is a message lamp on off code etc.

We have a couple sites using the analogue ports connected to IVR however they don’t us the DTMF.

[cheers]

Why would you want to do such a thing?? Voicemail Pro is the best part of IP Office :)

Avaya has made the mistake of allowing third party voice mail on Partner, Magix/Legend, and Definity. They will not make that mistake on IPOffice. As time goes on, you will see third party voice mail not work at all on Avaya's products.

It's more money for them. If you think I'm wrong, look at Nortel Networks. Try and put a third party voice mail on Norstar, BCM or Succession... It can be done, but the functionality that is lost is huge!

Ps. VoiceMail PRO is a very good product, I agree!
