Ok, I know this seems a bit of a grey area but I'm hoping someone can clear things up a bit for me.
We want to use TAPI in thin client environments. As the standard first party Avaya TAPI driver can only be configured once per machine, we know that isn't an option.
As I understand it, third party TAPI is the way to go. Is there an add on we could look at to add the sort of functionality? In my head I see a box (either a PC/server or dedicated hardware) which acts as a TAPI server and allows us to do what we want. I know there's an Avaya licence we'd need.
All we're really looking for is outlook dialling and possibly contact popping.
