Third party software available?

Hi

Does anyone know of any third party software that will allow us to retrieve historic information from an Outlook 2003 account. For example, I would want to know how many emails were in an inbox on a given date.

I am aware of "snapshot" software that runs in the background but I would prefer a different option.

I am not sure that my request is achievable but any help or advice would be appreciated.

Many thanks

I'd imagine that's not really possible, unless you used something like the snapshot software you mentioned. I don't think Outlook stores historical data to that extent. 'Course, I've been proven wrong before. [wink]

Presumably, this is not connected to an Exchange server?

You could take a daily backup of the PST.
You could use Snapshot utility.
You could switch to Exchange hosting.*

*If you go for Exchange Hosting, check how long the service keep archives.
