Third party app for syncing sound ? 1

I was wondering if there were any third party add ins for syncing sounds with flash ? the most annoying thing i find is you cant hear the music/words when trying to line up in the timeline. unlike for example if i was using poser,

Does such a thing exist ?:

Flash does it...

Sound's Sync must be set to "stream" and as many frames needed added to the sound's timeline, to see the sounds' modulations till the end of the sound...

You can then easily identify sync/cue points by either playing the timeline or even scrubbing the sound with the mouse...
