Thin Clients Drop connections when additional machines logon

Here's the scenario:

I have a SONET ring in which data and voice communicate accross. Both using two different wave lengths so they don't see each other.

I have users that connect via Frame Relay to an NT 4 Citris server that have no problems whatsoever.

I have remote sites that connect via ethernet over the sonet ring, when the first user logs in, they connect just fine, when the second user logs in, the first user is bumped off.

How are things connected: Thin Client connects to 10Baset hub. Hub has a connection to a cisco router, router has a 10baset connection to 10BasetT connection on a Sonet box. at remote site where server resides, we have the sonet box, connecting to a router, connecting to a hub, connecting to the server.

I have 2 sites that are accessing the server in this manner that are experiencing this problem. As I mentioned earlier, the frame relay sites have no reported issues.

Any Help would be much appreciated..

If you log in locally as the users that are having this problem, does the same thing happen?

Are there similar issues with users that do not connect to the MetaFrame Farm, but do use network resources via the Sonet box?

Does the same thing happen if you use an RDP (Terminal Server) client to connect?

I hope this helps

Another couple of things to try is running monitoring tools, eg;

Run Filemon on one of the servers (but be prepared for a huge log) as users log in.

Run a network monitoring tool to see if any packets are rejected.

Hope this helps

This is just a basic login. One problem I am facing is that I am located in omaha and the problem is in New Jersey. After talking with MGMT in jersey, this is more detail:

First thin client logs into citrix just fine via SONET connection. Admin telnets into router for diagnosing problem further. Second client in location logs in and drops first connection, as well as kills the telnet connections. The second client never connects.

The thin clients are attached to a 10 baset HUB, which is connected to a Cisco 1650 router, which connects to a 10 baseT port on the sonet box...

I have reviewed the registry modification that is suppose to clear up HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\microsoft\mslicensing and delete the HardwareID key... but not sure that this will resolve the issue since users are able to connect via frame relay with no problems.

Any other ideas?
