Thickening lines on existing raster image in PSP9

Any ideas on how to do this? I want to make the lines a lot bolder by a factor of 10 or so.
Only way I can think of is writing a special python script but that's a lot of work!

I think there should be a dropdown menu for lines where you can chosse the thickness. I use PSP version 8 so I'll check mine and come back.

Sorry, I don't think I made it clear, I'm talking about thickening lines on an existing raster image. Not drawing new lines, which yes, you can choose thickness for.
