Well this is very strange, we have a CICS, and when we do a conference call with two external lines, I can hear all people in my extension, but the person in line 1 can't hear very well the person in line 2, they have to almost scream to hear each other, so what can I do.. this thing is really bad for us because we use it a lot.. so, any ideas?.. all the line voltage has been checked, and all that electrical things are ok.. do you think that the line card has a trouble?.. well all suggestions are very welcomed! thx!

This is a weakness that Norstar has on analog lines. The only way I have found around this problem on a CICS is to get the customer to switch to ISDN BRI.

It's good to know that, because I was planning to get a new analog line card.. maybe in the future they will release a new card or something to correct the problem..
