Hi Midrange,
Can you recheck the total memory on the system using
either
#bootinfo -r
or
#prtconf
I guess, its less than 2GB on the system.May be for this reason, its not allowing to change the thewall parameter. By the way, by default system allocates of 1/2 of the RAM.
