Q. There is no page break in thermal printer how can bound page header controls to print once only

If there is no page break - because it's just a continuous roll of paper? - you don't need a header, just use two reports, one with the header and one with the details, perhaps a third with a summary?

You may want to put the data you have in the PageHeader into the GroupHeader or the DetailHeader and have it/them print only once
