Hi,

Im very new with the BusinessObjects and I just finish the installation of it and logged at the CMC, wherever I click (folders, objects, groups..) I get this error...

Retrieve Error
There was an error while retrieving data from the server: Unable to get the admin object for the APSAdmin service for server .

Any solution?

Hi,
Check the Crystal Control console ( not the CMC ) to be sure all the services are up and running..

When you installed did you change/reset the administrator password? Are you connecting to the CMC as administrator?
Which authentication database are you using?

All servers are running..

i didnt change or reseted the admin password and Im logging as administrator (enterprise)....
