Is anyone familiar with the error message? When we open a PDF file we receive this error. "There was a problem reading this document (12)." The filename has a hyphen in it. Could this be causing the problem?

Is this just one particular PDF file where you get this message? If so, it may be a corrupt PDF. Can you get whoever made it to recreate the PDF?

Customer has a new office and computer. Every PDF we now receive has this message. We can click through the error message and still display the PDF.

What program are the PDFs being created from? Do you know the method they are using to create the PDF? e.g. export, save as, or printing to Distiller (with or without printing to file as a separate step). Do you know what job options they are using with Distiller?
