Trying to access from remote site and getting the below error but working fine from other sites.

"Cannot connect to the Citrix Metaframe Server. There is no Citrix SSL server configured on the specified address"

Background is : PS4 farm on W2K3 servers with CSG box running CSG2 and another box running web interface. Client is using client 9.15

shabmama,
Are your other remote sites connecting to the HTTPS: (secure gateway) site or are they connecting to the Web Interface site (HTTP)?

I've seen where the users try to connect to their HTTPS connection (internally) and they receive this error message. We would have them connect to the internal Web Interface server and the connection would complete successfully.

Hope that helps.

One of my users is having this exact problem. She is running client 9.2. We are using the same software as the original post. Our website is using https and the user is offsite. The problem is that we have hundreds of users using the site without a problem, but this one user is having trouble. She can access the published apps from 1 out of the 3 machines she has.

Any suggestions?
