there is eject command?

hi..

i'm beginner on HP-UX, I have question
there is "eject" command on HP-UX?
because there is no man for eject.

how to eject tape from DAT tape drive..?

You should be able to use:

mt -f <tape device> rewoff

to eject the tape. The tape device will probably be something like /dev/rmt/0

HTH.

If Ken's suggestion does not work try :-

mt -t <tape device> offl

this should rewind the tape and eject it
