Hi,
l get an error saying (There are no records in the specified range) when printing the A/R Statment. But if l print it under the National account Code it does print.Under the Aged Trial Balance Report there is activity currently due.
1. Running 55A

Hi,

The print check box is ticked.l also tried unticking it and re-ticking and then saved but still the same issue. Has anyone experienced it before?

You have previously printed and accepted statements for the same run date.

Thanks for your response but the statement has not been previously printed and accepted. l can't even re-print the statement.

Check the Activity tab on the Customer screen to see what the Last Statement Date is. You can also look at the transactions in the AROBL table to see what the statement date was that they were printed on (or zero if the transaction has never been on a statement).

Thanks for the response,

l have just checked the last statement print date is 12/01/2011 and also in the table AROBL is the same . l have also just tried printing it now (13/01/2011)but still giving me the same error.

Your assitance is highly appreciated.
Thanks once again for your response.

Does the customer have any transactions that are due as of today or are they due at the end of this month?

Hi DjangMan,

There are transactions that are due as of today.
