Ther is something wrong with my ports on my Front Page

Ther is something wrong with my ports on my front page and it wont let meload any of my projects,it just sais that ther is something wrong with "port 80". I cant figure out how to fix it. And when i try to start a new web i dont know what to put in under the "location of the web".
Can someone help me?

More than likely, the problem you're having is because of the location of the web. In location of the web, put down your web address. For instance, if you have your own domain name, put that down--

http://www.mydomain.com.

If you're on a free server like Geocities, put down

http://www.geocities.com/myusername.com.
