Themida popup at startup

Hi All, please how can I delete this thing called themida from my computer as everytime windows starts it displays 5 popups from themida.

I've got into the Task manager and the process to hold this themida is the svhosts.exe

Please what can I do to remove this?

I'm uning winXP and CA as antivirus

Download ccleaner from the link below.

Open it up and run it hitting ok on the warning it gives.

Download avg anti spyware from the link below. Install it, open it up, click scanner, then settings. Set default action for detected malware to delete (click on the blue words). Run a complete scan with it.

When that is done, download hijackthis from the link below. Open it up, choose do a system scan and save a logfile. Post the logfile on here. Unless you know what your doing, do not delete anything on it, as not everything it shows is bad.
