Themes in Delphi 7 and Windows 2000/XP

I'm running Delphi 7 on Windows 2000 Pro with Office XP installed. COMCTL32.DLL is version 5.81. (so not 6 for XP).

However Office XP apps display XP style, not complete XP though, windows, dialogs, menus etc.

How do I get my Delphi apps to display these new styles if they are installed?
