Is it possible to Wiggle a still image?
I got the Wiggler to work on video (gives it that old look), but
I'm having trouble with just a still (jpg).When I chose the Wiggler
effect, the apply button is grayed out. I want it to appear like
its floating in space and not just stuck there. Any thoughts?
