Does anyone know what might cause this error to "suddenly" start appearing? I've never heard of it before and the user states that she didn't change anything.

So, no background - just normal 2k installation running with no problems - then this?

What's the form of the message (eg, it couldn't be a 'net send' type spam message - turn off Messenger service to fix).

Or other sort of spyware?
