The Use of Subreport With-in Heat Application

Hi, I have created a subreport in crystal 8.5 and have tried to run this report from call logging(heat application). But it continuesly ends the program. Is there anyone out there that knows of a fix, or this type of report(subreport) just don't work in heat?
