Aparently the enable password on my pix has been changed.. the only known file that held the information on it, is now gone thanks to a horrific crash that took everything off my pc.. BUT! I can still get into the PIX Firewall Manager running on one of my nt4 machines and change the pix config all I want.. the only problem is, I can't the get the old password correct to change it!!! AAAHHH!! Is there a way to reset it so I can take control of this thing again?? Thanks a million to anyone who would like to help me this..

HEY, we all forget a password every now and then right?

You the man..

hey, I know it says it, but this will ONLY ERASE THE PASSWORD right? Erase is sounding very scary right now..

Correct. Only the password and the AAA commands go. The config is kept intact.
