the trend value in 2018?

There is a native TREND()function.

No need to use VBA to calculate a trend.
 
The x values are $A$1:$F$1
The y values are A2:F2
The new x values are $A$1:$G$1

Enter in G2.
Copy down thru the other rows of data.
