The To: Address prints in the Return portion of envelope in WP8

One of my users emailed with the following WP8 problem:

"Something has happened to my envelope form in WP - it won't print the address in the middle - it prints it on the return portion."

She is using Windows 2000 on a Dell GX400, and plenty of memory. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
